The Sugar Knoll Meadows was a lovely home and was close to Zion and relatively close to Bryce National Parks. It was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Our visit was in June so it was warm outside. We did have a little trouble getting the air conditioner to work, but eventually got it to work great. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting in that area.

The house was super clean. The kitchen was well laid out and equipped for cooking large meals. The evening fires were fun. Lots of deer passing the front window at 8am. Very secluded and quiet. Betty was very responsive to text messages. Absolutely, everything about this stay was positive. Thank you Betty.

Sugar Knolls was a Perfectly located home base to explore Zion and Bryce National Parks. Betty was a great host and provided timely and useful communications about the area and the house. The house is very welcoming and perfect for groups of different sizes. Located in a beautiful and peaceful area right between the parks – it was great to come back “home” here each day after exploring the parks.
